Most of the time plain, raw courage is the only way we can get past unfathomable grief--to bear unbearable sorrow. It requires that we summon strengths of the bravest warrior. Suffering is inextricably bound to life in the same way that joy, love, and dying are.

Through overcoming tears, an inner silence will carry our soul beyond the storms of tears. When we stay our wrenching pain only for this moment, it puts us in touch with deeper realities, better able to weather our destiny.
